We are pleased to announce that Marubeni Solutions Corporation, and Marubeni Information Systems Co., Ltd., both wholly owned subsidiaries of Marubeni Corporation, have merged effective October 1, 2007. The merged company will operate under the name Marubeni Information Systems Co., Ltd. As a result, our company name has changed to Marubeni Information Systems USA Corporation. The new entity is a synergistic combination of two successful key players in the IT and related fields within the Marubeni group. It is our goal to continue delivering innovative and high quality products and services to both existing and future customers.
